Being a recruitment website vendor at times is a bit like being in a new relationship, where your new partner’s ex was a bit of knob-head.
For example on average RecruiterWEB gets about 1 support request per week from its client base, which are mostly solved when the support ticket is raised by the client. 95% of all our support tickets are to remind our clients how parts of the CMS they have not visited for maybe 6 months or a year plus work. So the support tickets are not about bugs, or broken items, sites being down etc.
I raise this point as I spend the majority of my time talking to potential new clients about how their ex-supplier slept with their best friend, ran over their dog, embezzled their life savings and them then feeling they need ask me to promise not to do the same!!! Metaphorically speaking that is, I am sure no Recruitment Website Vendor ran over any dog! Though I did hear one vendor slept with… (for another time).
