Delivering recruitment website design for public-sector recruitment experts
Recruitment is a diverse and multi-disciplined industry, and so it is common for recruiters to specialise in one or more niche markets. Ackerman Pierce is such a recruiter, and they work in the ‘Public Sector’ niches, covering roles for permanent and temporary staff in 6 defined niches.
They chose our R-WEB Recruiter+ product to represent their brand online, and in doing so have brought a number of firsts to market for online recruitment tools in these niches. The product is based upon our Template design offer, and we have altered the colours, provided images, refreshed the logo, provide and manage content, set the On-Page SEO and will be running other SEO plans, like our Automated Jobs SEO service.
Day to day, the site will be fully outsourced to RecruiterWEB to run, and so we take care of everything the client needs and they just focus on recruitment. The website is fully integrated into other 3rd party software, making the site a simple and effective tool for the company to operate online.
The goal for the project is to become a destination site for their primary markets, and to that end, we have a number of new features coming for phase two of the launch; this will include real-time salary surveys, campaign advertising microsite tools and a few other market firsts we have to have hush, hush for now.
