Employers should stop bashing agencies for their own screw-ups

You could not make this up. Employers create the need for agencies through poor commitment to workers, poor variety for workers, and poor pay for workers, and then agencies have to pick up the pieces.

Agencies, that is, that pay the temp worker more money in most cases than the perm job offers, pay them weekly, and then wait 3 to 6 months for the NHS to pay the agency for the temp!
