2 Host an event where people network and are educated.

OK, so education sells, and it sells in a very subtle way. Networking where you learn is very powerful.

Most recruiters like an excuse for a knees-up, so why not run some events? Some ideas might be candidate drop in centres, client education nights, “Come watch Wimbledon with us”, or “Join us for cheese and wine for our 10th birthday!”

 

3 Host an online seminar where people are educated

So a theme is developing here that education sells. Well, it simply does. Passing out advice is a real vote winner with buyers, and that is proven time and time again.

Recruitment is becoming ever more dominated by technology, so why not use some to get your message out? You can have fully interactive seminars, or you can have dial-up listen and learn services. Either way, make your seminars educate.
