This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes RecruiterWEB Ltd's slavery and human trafficking statement.

1. RecruiterWEB Ltd is committed to eliminating modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and related abuses.

2. RecruiterWEB Ltd ensures its staff and supplied workers are not subject to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or similar abuses.

3. RecruiterWEB Ltd provides appropriate training and awareness materials to all its staff. Our Board of Directors and Managers receive detailed training in identifying and resolving concerns around modern slavery and human trafficking.

4. Any staff, workers, or other parties who have concerns or suspicions are strongly encouraged to report them directly to the Board of Directors via email, in person, or through our confidential reporting system. All reports are acknowledged upon receipt, and those reporting will be informed of the investigation's progress where appropriate.

5. Reports of these issues are taken extremely seriously by our Board of Directors, which is committed to ensuring prompt and effective investigations. If our investigations reveal any issues, we are committed to taking appropriate action, including but not limited to: Working with the appropriate organisations to improve standards, removing that organisation from our preferred supplier list, passing details to appropriate law enforcement bodies.

6. We regularly monitor our risks in this area through relevant key performance indicators, including the time spent on audits, re-audits, spot checks, and related due diligence.

7. This statement is published annually in compliance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed and updated each financial year.
