RecruiterWEB founder Darren Revell began his career in recruitment in 1993. He progressed from trainee recruiter to top biller, billing manager, billing director and recruitment company owner.

His experience includes permanent recruitment, contract recruitment, retained search and recruitment process outsourcing. This first-hand recruitment knowledge is combined with more than two decades of building websites and technology for recruitment agencies.

RecruiterWEB has 10 team members located across the UK, Ukraine, Turkey, France, Spain and Portugal.

We operate as a remote team, and the average team member has worked with the business for more than 10 years. This continuity gives our clients access to an experienced team that understands the RecruiterWEB platform and the recruitment industry.

Support for UK clients is provided by RecruiterWEB’s UK-based team members.

Clients receive unlimited human support from their account manager, with first-line UK support available from 9 am to 5 pm and emergency support available 24 hours a day.

Clients also receive access to video training and step-by-step documentation covering the RecruiterWEB platform.

While we have an international team, support for our UK clients is provided by our UK-based team members. With 22 years of supporting recruiters, we’ve also turned the most common questions into always-on resources as follows:
