FAQ 2: Do we charge extra based on how many jobs you have on the site?

⌲ Many of our competitors charge this way because you buy jobs from the job boards this way, and they want to con you into thinking there is a different cost to host 5, 10, 50, 50, 5000, 50000... jobs on your site, and there is not.

If you made your code right, once you create a feature, it will be in the code, ready and waiting for all users.

FAQ 4: Do we charge extra based on how many staff you have?

⌲ Many of our competitors charge this way because you buy your other RecTech based on the number of seats or user licenses for your staff members.
⌲ But this is just a con when it comes to recruitment websites. There is zero cost for a recruitment website vendor to have 1, 2, 5, 10, 50, 500, 5000... staff members use your site. Unless their tech is so poorly made it can't run these staff pages user accounts.

⌲ Most clients never need to pay for design updates, as our admin control gives them so much flexibility.
⌲ You can subscribe to our optional design update plan and buy individual design updates, but as we said, changing images, icons, videos, and text can all be done free of charge in site admin, and that is 90% of most design needs covered.
FAQ 9: Can I have my own colours?

FAQ 12: Can I use video?
⌲ Yes, this is also part of the standard service for making sites with videos if you want. In some of our demos, you will see we have used video on the home page; in others, we have not. But all our sites support video on all pages.

FAQ 18: Can I integrate it with my Job posting tool?

⌲ This is a fully self-service process; you enter the site admin and download the instruction files for Broadbean, idibu, LogicMelon, and Wave to send jobs and handle applications from the site. They then have all they need to connect.
⌲ Broadbean, idibu, LogicMelon, and Wave may charge you for this connection, but we do not.
FAQ 19: Do we work with Google for Jobs?
⌲ Yes, as standard, we automatically send your jobs to Google for jobs API.
⌲ However, please note that Google does not guarantee to index your jobs, but sending jobs to the APi is the best way to ensure they consider them for publishing instead of waiting for them to scrape your jobs.

FAQ 25: Do you offer human support?

FAQ 26: How long does support take to deliver?
⌲ 1st line support takes up to 2 hours; more advanced support will be estimated and answered, given how long it will take within 2 hours.

FAQ 27: Are you GDPR Compliant?
⌲ Yes, we are fully compliant, but we also make our sites compliant with the Companies Act; at present, 75% of recruitment sites we see are in breach of this act, breaking the law and risking fines of up to £1000.
⌲ The ICO will confirm that the best way to be GDPR is to keep data where you can prove it is needed only, and every year from 2016 to date, the ICO has confirmed recruitment websites do not need to keep candidate data in the way our competitors keep that data.
